Now THAT'S a cheeseburger! Recipe for the Jalapeno Poppers are in the album "Bite Sized". I added minced onion and chopped dill pickle to the cream cheese mixture. It was wonderful! I'll probably add a little more next time. Really no measurement, probably about 1/2 cup of each to the beginning cheese proportion for my liking. And, yes, It gave me mad heartburn, but worth every....single...bite! Enjoy Y'all!
